Not satisfied with your order? Send it back within 60 days after order was placed. The first return on each order is free (up to 5 times per month).

• Lost Package: Full refund if the carrier confirms your package is lost.
• Damaged Item: Full refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged or defective. (We may ask for a photo to help resolve this quickly for you.)
• Major Delay: Full refund if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment.
